Paddock Wood Station - Mr Vallance
« on: Friday 30 May 14 19:19 BST (UK) »
I have reason to believe that this gentleman was Mr Vallance, the Station Master at Paddock Wood, maybe late 1930s onwards. Can anyone possibly confirm the location in any way, please ?

The cap badge shows Southern Region, so that much is correct.

The photo I'm trying to link this to gives the address of Station House, Paddock Wood, Kent, and was sent to an address in Dagenham, probably in 1938.

I'm thinking this is William J G Vallance, s/o Joseph(?) & Mary Ann, b.1883, Greenwich, who married Marjorie D Barham in Woolwich 1916.
