That's the baptism I think CoachCarole is working from
I cannot find a birth year anywhere - unless she is taking it from 1841 census when child of David & Lettice is age 10

However even the baptism year of 1833 doesn't quite match age on census after marriage

I have found a few possible clues -at the moment none of it seems to be too good a match

Also CoachCarole has Mary's death as 1909 - where she is still living at the time of 1911 census at address she was at in 1901
I think this is her most probable death reg

it's possible that Mary's wasn't an infant baptism. The couple had 2 Georges baptised, one 30/4/1834 and the other 4/3/1835. There's a possible burial of a George in between those dates, aged 6. The couple married 1/7/1828, so you would expect there to be children born before 1833.
The other children appear to have been baptised as infants, judging by their ages on census entries
John bp 1/1/1838
Richard bp 16/4/1840
William Howard bp 10/8/1846
Elizabeth bp 14/1/1850

Mary was enumerated as 10 on the 1841 census and George was younger than her, so she may have 'lost' a couple of years on marriage.

At the risk of suppling info already known
David Evans had married Lettice Day at H’west St Mary on the 01st July 1828

George Day had married Elizabeth Evan at H’west St Mary in 1803

It would appear lightly that George Day was the son of John & Elizabeth Day nee’ Jones who had married at Freystrop in 1773, however don’t take my word on that.
