Jean brown and Arvid Johansson Helensburgh Info request

Hi

I am looking for any information regarding my great aunt Jean Brown who married a Swedish national Arvid Johansson (sorry, not sure if this is the correct spelling) it is believed sometime in the 1940s and later divorced (date unknown). It is believed they were married in Helensburgh or environs.

A search on http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/ will give you the marriage , though it's Lanark(shire) rather than Dunbarton(shire).

Search here http://www.nas.gov.uk/onlineCatalogue/ for the divorce(click search box at the top of the
page).

Think the person you are looking for has first name Karl.

I'm the Granddaughter of Jean Brown and Karl Arvid Johansson and the daughter of their only child Karl Johansson.  Granny Jean always said my Grandfather was lost at sea and we never did find out about him - I could help with any info on Granny Jean though as she still has 4 surviving children from a later marriage.
