Birth index for grandmother Kelly

I'm trying to found a birth index into my late grandmother she was born in Rathangan co Kildare Ireland and her parents was John Joseph Kelly and Margaret they lived and died in Rathangan. Any help would be grateful

House no 3 in the Harbour Naas shows
Thomas Coughlan age 26 a soldier
Mary Anne age 29 wife born Tipperary
Margaret age 5
Mary age 1
Annie Dunne age 73 lodger

there are 3 John Joseph Kelly's in Kildare of a similar age but keeping to a possable military theme,
House no 207 Curragh Military Camp in 1911 shows
Amelia Kelly age 29 born India married
John Joseph age 3 born India
Frances age 1
Elaine baby.
father probably enumerated with soldiers at barracks.
this is all based on supposition till you get birth or marriage certs.

John joesph Kelly was in the military but not sure and he and maragert are both buired in Kildare  and thank u
