Laura Mavis Patterson (deceased) is the one in the same person as Laura Mavis Dunn and Laura Mavis Allan. Laura Died under the name of Allan and was cremated at Altona Cemetery,Victoria.

She was born a Patterson. Married John James Dunn (Decesased) due to Domestic violence she ran away supposedly with  R.A. Allan.

Laura's youngest daughter (we will call her J -as she is still living!) was only a baby when Laura Ran off leaving her and her other "Babies" with their father who liked the drink ..the older kids were left to look after the younger ones.

"J" was born in 1947 and she was only a baby when Laura Left.

I don't know who that would be..as I cannot see a person by that name to those parents or timeline listed in the tree of the Granddaughter  of John James and Laura Mavis Dunn nee Patterson.

 Our Laura was never a Rilley.

Now due to who and what I found it the Electorol rolls I am confused as to who this M-----y Allan is

because family said as did someone who was helping me find out about this Allan said the guy Laura

had ran off with was a R A Allan..so now I am confused as to who the M Allan is.

But it appears according to the electorol roll that Laura spent alot of time with M Allan..mmm so whats
their relationship?? mmm

And Im confused also with the H W Allan i thought he may of been the husband of J B Allan

so if a Albert Ernest Allan(deceased) is the husband of Joyce Boniface Allan(deceased) then

what is the relationship of H W Allan and R A Allan to Joyce?..sons???...

According to a lot of your previous research on different forums, there were some people of that  (RILLEY) or a very similar name involved with Laura's sister's upbringing. You need to just give a little thought there.

The person who gives information for a death registration can make mistakes frequently about names.

There is no doubt in my mind who the parents of Charles James Ra DUNN were.

Please don't take the time to type any more Electoral Roll entries.
I can see them all without your assistance.

My statement remains-

At no time does Laura Mavis (nee PATTERSON) appear at the same address on the ELECTORAL ROLL (Not Census) as R A ALLAN.

Well then you must've definately discovered something that we don't know then which sister of Lauras are you referring to??..as this is definately unbeknown to us...

 Could you be more specific as to this find please re Rilley etc because I haven't come across any of that at all or that Dunn at all.

Laura Apparantly  Apparantly did run away from home  when young at one point  according to her granddaughter , these are my husbands relatives (Laura and my hubbys  gma gladys Thelma Patterson (we're sisters) so I'm afraid I don't know much about the Dunns and I think her gkids are still trying to find things out too but this is new...

Could  we perhaps (if you're willing that is) to talk about this off rootschat (you can keep it here if you wish just thought maybe easier in case some are living) or I can publicise my tree...(set to private atm) so people can see to help...

Lauras mum, Sarah Ellen Patterson (born Atkins-deceased) my hubbys g gma married again to Charles William clarence  Riseley (deceased). Sarah died as Ellen Riseley cremated Fawkner.

 Charles w c Riseley died and buried Castlemaine vic.

Not saying it was Riseley that you speak of though only name I know if amongst my research anywhere near Rilley.
