What information do you already have to save us duplicating.  Where is Dalhane  :-\

This link gives his father as William Henry Hart of Westley Bottom

Could it be Dalham to the East of Newmarket   :-\

Church Rd, Cockfield, Suffolk
William Hart 34 Sheppard (sic) Shop?  bn Cambridgeshire Fulbourn?
Sabina 29 wife bn Suffolk thorpe something
John 14 Sheppard (sic) page bn Norfolk Swaffham Prior
George 11 bn Suffolk Dalham
Dorothy 6 bn Suffolk Cockfield
Harold 3 bn Cockfield
Manfred 1 bn Cockfield

The counties here are a bit of a mishmash - Swaffham Prior is definitely Cambridgeshire not Norfolk!

The family can be seen in Exning, Suffolk in 1891, though mum is then Mary not Sabina, and all pobs given as Swaffham Prior, Cambridgeshire on that occasion!
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex
DeBoo - London
Green - Suffolk
Parker - Sussex
Kemp - Essex
Farrington - Essex
Boniface - West Sussex

I took a risk that you didnt already have the 1901.
As Rosie said, best to say the sourcesand give all the info you have, so we dont duplicate.
