Am researching the McIlwaine / McElwaine family from Lissanymore.

Does someone know how you go about researching Presbyterian records?

The same way you search for any records really.

Do you know where they attended church? if you aren't sure then don't assume it will be the nearest one as Presbyterians were/are free to attended whatever church they wish- it's not uncommon for families to suddenly start going to another one even though they haven't moved house.

You haven't given any indication of date and some of the records may not go back far enough to help yu but the chart does tell you whenre they are- either local custody (i.e. with the church) or PRONI mostly.

What can I say but yet again thank you very much.
 The family is mentioned on that website.
I am not very good with technology but would you know how I could let the person responsible for that website  know that I have more information that they might want to add.
