It would clinch to find Bella's death between the last child and 1911.
What is Bella's short for?

There is this one, which would be good as it's Londonderry but the age again.
It would make her 44 having Ellen and 16 years to young in 1901, but it would balance out the age if in 1901 the parents are listed too young and Hugh too old in 1911. And of course death ages aren't reliable anyway.

Oh Ellen in 1911 is listed as born Derry City!
2 children died could she be a second Ellen?

Had a look at RootsIreland
Donegal
Name Lynch
Parents Hugh Lynch and Isabella ?
children
John 1889
Hugh 1891
Daniel 1893
Margaret Jane 1894
Patrick 1896
Patrick Joseph 1897
Mary Lizzie 1899
Ellen 1901

No result for same search in Derry
Use Bella for mother, still nothing in Derry, Daniel again in Donegal.

Tried again using Isabella Lafferty as in the marriage dathai found and result same list of children.

Wow, you guys are fast, I took the dog for a walk and you have a whole new list of finds.  I think the Bella is short for Isabella, a name used regularly by subsequent generations, though the 1901 census has it only as Bella. The Lecky Road find might well be them as the Donegal Geneology Project site has a Hugh Lynch of 201 Maeves Row, Lecky Road applying for the old age pension on  the 27 th Nov 1915, saying he had been born in St Johnstown 70 years before, and by then his family was given as Margaret Harkins ( either by then living with his daughter Maggie or taken up with a new woman, I'm going for the first of these). Sinann, that link doesn't work, or not for me anyway. The lafferty thing may also be spot on as I have Johns death certificate from 1931 and while the mothers name is too faint to read properly, what you can read fits with Lafferty. You are phenomenal folks, many thanks. Oh I found a Bella Lynch death in Derry from 1906 though haven't had time to investigate this yet.
Thanks

Sinann,  I had no idea of an earlier Patrick, b1896, who I take it died young. There is also the anomaly of the youngest daughters, in 1901 Mary is 2 and has one younger sister Ellen at 0-1, by 1910 Mary is 9 and has an 8 year old Katie Ann and a six year old Ellen, did they change Katie Ann's name or forget she was there?

The younger children are a puzzle,
This looks like Patrick's death age 0 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/FT8N-VJ6
Hope link works this time.
