It is indeed Benjamin Withers. He was my gg-grandfather, through his son John Beard Withers. How are you related?

William Withers and Christian Brock.

Do you have access to Ancestry? There are a couple of dozen of trees on there with details of Benjamin's ancestors. Most of them are even correct!

If you haven't I'll send you an invitation to mine (which will let you see it without subscribing.)
