Although this thread is old, I'm hoping someone might check in from time to time and be able to help me. 

My grandmother was Kathleen O'Brien she is the daughter of Herbert O'Brien and grand daughter of Daniel James O'Brien.  Her great- grandfather was Thomas Henry O'Brien. 

I have the marriage papers of Thomas Henry and Esther Phillips Cochrane and also some other old wills, death cert and marriage licenses from the family. 

Any information on this side of the family would be appreciated.

We are directly related.  I have already research all this.  The easiest way to get all your info is If you google: "ancestors of Brett William Cochrane"  You will find our website.  Also as a matter of interest, the Surname "Guilbert" features strongly as a first or middle name in our family line because of that connection.  My father was George Guilbert Cochrane and I have a nephew who was also given that middle name.
