Loxley Woods
« on: Monday 25 August 14 13:06 BST (UK) »
Hi!

Trying to find an old article or any type of information that happened somewhere in between 1880-1909 (I know sorry for long timespan) in Loxley Woods. There was a robbery of a mailcoatch, my great-grandfather, Arthur Dean Mullins was the driver. I've heard the story went quite big but I searched the British Newspaper archives with no luck. Would anyone know what local newspaper it would have been covered in?

You might like to contact the Somerset Heritage Centre as they will have records of the newspapers of the time in that area.  01823 278805 (enquiries) (+44 1823 278805 from abroad)
