Sorry, my original post might appear confusing. Mary Ann was born in 1884 and married in 1902 at which point her father James was listed as deceased.
I was thinking about James's father James Lynes (Husband of Mary Jane Wilson). If I assume that he was in the age range of 20 to 35 years of age at the time of his son James (Isabella Thomson's husband) birth (this is getting confusing as there are too many James) then he woul dhave been born 1810 - 1830 date range.
