Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone can help me find the parents of my ancestor, Mary Handley?
According to the 1841 census she was born 1781 in Nottinghamshire. She married Samuel Shipley in 1801 in Greasley where their daughter, Mary Shipley, was born in 1809. My Mary must have died between 1841 and 1851 as Samuel is a widower on the 1851 census.
One Mary born 1776 in St Marys Nottingham appears on Freereg but are there anymore and how would I find out which is mine?

A Mary SHIPLEY was buried at St Mary, Nottingham, 7th June 1846, aged 69.
