« on: Tuesday 23 September 14 15:04 BST (UK) »
Hi there,
Could anyone who has access to Derbyshire parish records please see if they could find a potential marriage for this individual:-

George Alfred Frederic Yeomans, b21 July 1856 in Belper, son of George and Mary (nee Peat). Last known as a single person at the 1871 census (Rg10/3580/23/4.

Kind regards,
Heather

Where was he in 1881 and what was his marital status at that time?  If married - who was his wife?

Have you checked freebmd or Family Search for a marriage?

Is this request connected to your earlier thread?

Hi Carole,
Yes, this is part of the same exercise. Its very scary to realise that real life has got in the way of this for 9 months! I have however, come some way, having cut down a potential 7 Alfreds down to 3.

The Alfred whom I am referring to here is a different Alfred. I cannot identify him yet in 1881 and potential marriage would be from 1871 onwards. There is nothing obvious on familysearch.

thanks for your response
Heather
