There is an Emma Heley aged 9 with her grandmother Susannah James on the 1851 census which might be her

Hi,all, as you mentioned the place of birth changes many times!! I don't have birth certificate but I do have marriage certificate.
Jan 31st 1867 Emma Heeley(the writing isn't the best but that appears to be the spelling) of full age to George Rowe in the parish of Stowe. They are living in Chartley Outwoods. Frustratingly there is no father mentioned for Emma.

Yes, I also think it says illegitimate, I have never come across that being written down before. I also think that Landon Bridge should be Sandon Bridge and I have never heard of Ranslow, I think it is Burston as the place of birth(yet another one for Emma)as it's in the right area.

I suggest that you try other variations of the surname eg Healy, Hally
