Problem with deciphering a surname.

I cant figure out what the surname is in this Liverpool Baptism Register,..............can anyone help me out please?

Molyneux, Liverpool.
Fell, Liverpool, Wales & Ireland.

It looks like Thomas to me.

I think the fourth col has the surname in  - it looks like Watkin.

Excel, sorry I should have shown the complete entry.  That's is the Christian name, the name in the forth column I need.

Note in margin of baptism seems to suggest Thomas was an adult.   16 Norton Street given as the address.
