Birth in Down of Lucinda NODDINGS

I am trying to trace details of my aunts birth, which I believe was in the Belfast area around 1913.
My aunt emigrated to Canada in the late 1950's [or 60's]after the death of her husband.

I have traced a family of Noddings in Kilpike, Down in the 1911 census where the mother age 57 was Lucinda and the only son was a Samuel Christopher age 18 and apparently unmarried.

I suspect my aunt may be the daughter of said Samuel.

Are there any birth index's / records I can access on line? if not can any one assist please?

Hi,
   From the IGI Record search pilot site www.familysearch.org there is a Lucinda Hopkins Noddings born Jul-Sep quarter 1913 in Belfast Registration District. Recorded in Vol 1 Page 144. This should allow you to order the birth certificate.

1912 Ulster Covenant lists several Noddings in Seapatrick- Samuel and Edith give their address as Seapatrick Villas, and there's Lucinda and others (you can view the actual signatures)-

Wow! Thats great what a fantastically fast response.
I thought I might have to wait a week or two at least, to maybe get a reply.
I will certainly try and get a copy of the birth certificate form Dublin.

I know my aunts middle initial was H but not what it stands for, so the revelation about Lucinda Hopkins is very interesting      and clearly needs my further investigation.

I looked in the Proni web site last night but they seem to want a lot of info [parents details] which I don't have, before issuing copies of birth certs or records.

But I do have district, vol & page number courtesy of Kingskerswell, is there another route I should take, post, phone or something else perhaps?

Sorry to come back with another question but this is the first time I have tried looking for details of my Irish relatives / ancestors and haven't worked out the system as yet.
