I'm not a relative but interested in names, the Arneil's as i'm sure you know, are listed as well as the Arneills in the irish census 1901and 1911in Belfast CoAntrim).  Another source is www.lennonwylie.co uk her street directories give at least 7 entries for Arneil listing 1880, 1890 ,1918 listings. She has about 35 entries for Arneill which probably include the Arneil with several other dates including her 1943 ones.  Are you looking for more sources?
