Marriage lookup please

I'm looking for a marriage record for Francis Gerard Mulligan b.1895, Dundalk, Co. Louth and Leonitia (Esther) Fegan b. 1898. I'm led to believe that they married in Newry, Co. Down in 1923, but try as i might, i can't find a marriage record.  I would welcome any help....

Any thing North of the border in the Province of Ulster wont be found on Family Search after 1922 you will have to contact G R O N I for this marriage unless someone else on here who has access to paying sites can find it for you.
