DODs & TURPINs of Nutfield/Burstow/Titsey area

Susanna DOD of Burstow married William WINCHESTER in Nutfield in 1769.
Susanna TURPIN married John WINCHESTER in Burstow in 1737.

The online records that I have access to only list the following two close candidates for baptisms of the two brides:-

Susanna DOD bapt. 1741 Titsey d. James DOD, Yeoman & Elizabeth (WOODMAN?)
Susanna TURPIN bapt. 1718 Limpsfield d. William TURPIN, Labourer

How safe would it be to assume that the online records are complete for this area of Surrey and that those are the correct two baptisms?

I would be looking for further evidence to back it up before assuming these are the right people. All to easy to pick the best match from what comes up online, without looking deeper, when really it isnt the right person at all!

Did either of these people you have found christenings for have siblings? Do any of the siblings appear as witnesses at either of the marriages? Or likewise your person witness any of the siblings marriages? Do any of the alleged parents leave wills mentioning their offsrping? For the one that was a minor at marriage, is there a licence or a parents name mentioned?  Thats just a few thoughts.
I would never just take a record in isolation and claim it as the next generation back and adding another name to the list, without investigating the wider family and seeing if it all ties up or not.

There are plenty of Dod(d) wills but they tend to be written before their daughters married so do not confirm whether they are the right ones!

Yes there are siblings; will look again at them tonight.

That corner of Surrey is quite tricky for wills. It looks like I need to go to Lambeth Palace to look at wills for Burstow as they are likely included in the Court of the Deanery of the Arches of London, Croydon, Shoreham?
