Rhiw Bank Terrace is in Colwyn Bay and nowhere near Lower Penrhyn/Penrhyn Bay.   Quarry Cottages were the largest housing estate in Penrhyn Bay at that time and with the address on the marriage certificate being Lower Penrhyn I think it has to be the one.    Gwynd.

Hello, I've just registered as a new member. I saw your query regarding 14, Quarry Cttgs. 1901 census. I have a family relative who lived next door at nos. 15 John Mart. I believe it is his daughter Annie who is living at Nos. 14 married to Bill (Wm.) Cousnell...any use? The family moved from Yorks. to find work in the quarries.

Welcome to Rootschat and thanks for the info. The query did not relate to my family,I was trying to help someone else,so I would need to re-visit the original posting. My memory/instinct is that there is probably no relevance, also I'm not sure I could reconstruct the data/logic necessary to make a valid judgement after this amount of time.
Wishing you every success in your own searches......

Regards
Roger
