Anyone from Abernethy?

I have been researching my grandfather's brother who was killed in WWI.

Thanks to Jool who supplied a link to ww.ukniwm.org.uk/server I found that he is named on the Abernethy memorial cross on the centre of the 9th fairway of the golf course.

His name William Harry Grant,  11th Battalion, Royal Scots.  He died 3November 1916.

I would be very grateful if anyone living locally could have a look and possibly take a photo and send to me.

Success at last.  I eventually found him commemorated on the memorial in Millbrex Churchyard.  I now have a picture of that and also his headstone in Valenciennes cemetery.

Millbrex is a parish in Fyvie which is in Aberdeenshire.  Ordnance Survey reference  NJ 810 432.
