  Hi, id'e like to ask if any one going to the Michell library would look for an
application for relief:

this was made 14th Feb 1866 by Ann Sharkey Casey, she was 1st wife of Francis Casey,
pm for my e-mail if its possible to get hold of relief record, many many thanks.
