Walker family of Airdrie 1916-1977

Looking any help or info on a Victor Enoch Walker who was born 28/07/1896 in Tullylish, Down, Ireland.  In Ireland I believe until circa 1916?  He died in Glasgow Infirmary, 2 Mar 1977 married to Sarah Frances McKee and later to a Martha McNeilly or Brown.  In lived in Black Street, Airdrie at the time of his death and had a son William Walker
Walker family Tullylish, Co Down and Terryhoogan. Co Armagh.  Conolly family Tullylish.  Bell family Rathfriland, Co Down

Thank you for the links.  I have the irish side relatively sorted.  Its the time in Airdrie that I really need info on.

Can't see him listed on the 1915 or 1920 Valuation Rolls

For the 20th Century records that you are looking for, records will be pretty scarce online unfortunately. Data protection/privacy rules all come in to play. Not sure where you are based. If you are local to Glasgow, you may be able to access yourself recent records online at places such as the Mitchell Library.

If he married in Scotland, up to 1938 you can currently view records online on www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/
