The opc database has a burial for Ursula Crudge in Gulval in May 1601.
Not all early registers have been transcribed even if they do survive. According to a note in another volume, the registers of the Scilly Isles before 1726 were lost in a fire at the house of Mr. William Crudge in Holy Vale in 1701.
Hannah married Hugh Tregerthen in December 1754. You can see the register on FamilySearch

As the family are of high enough standing to be referred to as Mr. and Mrs., you would think that they would leave wills. But nothing showing up in Cornwall Record Office catalogue. If they held land in other counties as well, wills would be at the National Archives.
http://crocat.cornwall.gov.uk/DServe/searchpage.htmThere is one for John Grudge of Gulval in 1612, but it's an administration so won't name all the children. The will of Thomas Crudge of Madron from 1621-2, may be of more help if he was the father of John as it may name any grandchildren.
