Hi
Thomas Freek  age 69 woolcomber born Bristol on 1851 census with son George Thomas at Wellington.
He is a widower so Esther must have died between 1841-1851
There is a death for a Hester Freek Mar 1847 Wellington 10 429
Thomas seems to have died Sep 1853 Wellington 5c 220.

In the 1841 census, Thomas and Esther Freeke, are living in Rockwell Green, Wellington. They are the only two people in the household. Thomas shownas a Woolcomber, age 55, born in county. Esther is age 55, born in county.

In the 1841 census, bear in mind that ages were rounded up, or down, to the nearest five years.

The name has been transcribed as Fricke.

Jo.

I couldn't find a baptism for Thomas (consulting the BAFHS CDs transcriptions) but found a marriage:
26 May 1759 Thomas FREEK and Hannah Young. These could be his parents. The marriage was at St Peters, Bristol which, with its registers was destroyed in the Blitz. This record is from Bishops Transcripts.
I found (also in BTs), baptisms for a  William 20 Feb 1760 and an Aaron 22 Nov 1761 for this couple. They may have moved to a neighbouring parish such as St Mary le Port which was also lost in the war together with its registers
