Hi Sandy
I thought you might be a good person to give me some advice on my Mears research.
Having gone down the wrong track once I am considering engaging somebody local to do the research on my behalf as long as their rates are reasonable.
At the moment I am having trouble going back beyond the information supplied on William & Mary's wedding certificate.
Would you be able to point me in the right direction and advise of any persons who may do the research.
Regards
Brian

Hi Brian.

I did try and get back on the marriage to the parents for you of William
who married Mary A Robinson to no avail.

So I guess the best bet would be to look at the Northants Record
Office web site that if you e-mail them would give you a list of Northants
researchers.

I mean obviously if the family were from Northants not Hunts, if
mostly Northants we should be able to help with them on the forum.  :-\

Also Brian if Mary Ann did come from Lincs and you haven't
already asked, maybe posting a message on the Lincs Look
up Board might shed some light on her.
