You are fantastic for offering information on the gravestones in St Sepulchre - thank you. Please could you give me the information on the Capells? I would be so grateful.

Ann

Hi, I see that you have transcripts of the headstones in St. Sepulchres, Northampton and wonder if you have found a William or a Joseph Brown?

Cheers,
Jen.

Hi again.

Last visit of Ian was April 2012.  :(

Hence the reply 224 means you can purchase a book of the M.I.'s
from the Northants Family History Society which will list in detail
all the remaining headstones etc.

This resource was not able available when Ian started his topic.

Hello

I'm researching OLIVANT family tree. My GREAT-Great Grandfather was George Olivant who was born in 1830 at St. Sepulchre, Northampton (died 1890 - buried Keston, Kent). Maybe you have graves of his ancestors at St. Sepulchre?

Regards
Kevin

Hi Kevin.

Welcome to Rootschat.  :)

There was one stone to a Henry Mellin Olivant who died January 1866 aged 62.

He was buried at St. Seph's Jan 25th 1866 noted as living at Upper Mounts.

Also Ann his wife who died Dec 17th 1864 aged 61 and burial was Dec 21st 1864.

Ann Furniss their 2nd daughter was also noted on the headstone.

I will look at the original stone in a moment.

I see my Cousin kevin has been in touch with you regarding our Great, Great, Great Grandfather Henry Mellin Olivant buried at St,Supulchre.Any chance you could get the full transcription of the gravestone as the image I have is not of a high enough resolution to make out all wording. Many thanks for your assistance.
