HI im having trouble finding this person being from austria where should i be looking please ??
trying to find anything on him as there is noone one this site that have this name any help appreciated Thanks

There are several Bukowina - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bukowina

I'll take a guess at this one,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bukowina,_Lower_Silesian_Voivodeship
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bukovina

because it's part of an area that also belonged to Austria at times.
So Bukowina, Austria, in the sense of Austrian Empire, rather than within present day Austria.
