Cecil Roy Stubbs born 1894 Sydney

Researching Cecil Roy STUBBS listed on my Club's WW1 Honor Board.

Born 1894 Sydney #2204, parents Thomas Alfred Stubbs and Mary A. nee Coulter who married in 1883, #1261

Cecil enlisted 07 Sep 1915 service #8478.  Awarded D.C.M. and his photo appeared in the Sydney Mail Newspaper 15 May 1918 page 27

He married Nellie Bryan 1920 at Sydney #5747.  AER have them along with a Betty Evelyn Stubbs residing at Bondi.  Cecil's occupation listed as a 'Constable'

Have been unable to ascertain when Cecil or his wife passed away - assistance appreciated.   

Would be terrific to make contact with descendants.

There's a third person named in your opening post.   This person may be born in the 1920s, so may well still be a living person.   May I please ask for you to modify the post to remove that person's name.

There's also a person by that name on Ryerson Index in 2002. 

It is not possible to obtain a copy of a NSW dc for the first thirty years after a death, unless you are named on that dc.   Add, and from your OP you are looking for contact with descendants, so may I presume you have not obtained official transcriptions for the deaths of Cecil or Nellie ?

Ancestry has electoral rolls to as recently as 1980.     

I am still concerned as to how to confirm either the 2002 or the 2003 deaths as being for the person on the 1980 electoral roll.

Nellie Stubbs cremated 02 Jun 1978 - as above
both in Columbarium, Wall Unit K

... but if you still think I have it wrong, I will remove Betty Evelyn Stubbs name.
