John Henry Bowles b1886 Norwich England married Agnes Ruane 1912 in Boston.
Two births shown on familysearch one in 1913 and one 1914 but only surname recorded.
Would this indicate still birth or could forenames be given later and if so how could I find them.
John died 1915 in Boston.

The Massachusetts Marriage Register shows that John Henry BOWLES was the son of David BOWLES and Maria nee HOUGHTON.

Thanks for info, marriage and baptism for John are correct.
On Boston births 2 children born one 1913 and one 1914 father John Henry Bowles but only the surname Bowles is recorded would that indicate still births

If the infants had died you would expect to find both the birth and death records.

I wonder if this could be the two children in 1920:  https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MX1Z-186  The Social Security death index has a David Bowles with the same birth date as the unnamed male:  https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/JKJQ-C3P
