Catharine Taylor , born 1787, farmer wife, of Ross Farm, Findo Gask is my great, great, great grand mother.

My 3xgreat grandmother Mary Stewart was born at Madderty. There are three couples who might have been her parents there and I am still working on that. One couple Ann Neish and Alexander Stewart had a daughter Elizabeth born in 1828 who might be a match for your Elizabeth Taylor, MS Stewart. (Auld Boots)
