William Farmiloe c.1761

I've come up against a bit of a problem with a William Farmiloe.

He married Ann Feltham in Chitterne St Mary in Wiltshire in May of 1798 and their first son Joseph was born there in December the same year.  On the marriage registration Ann was resident in that village and William in Chitterne All Saints

Their other children, David (1803), Mary (1808), Edwin (1808) and George (1810) were all born in Horsley, Gloucestershire.

William died in 1839 in Horlsey and his age at death is stated as 88. indicating a birth about 1760/1 but Ann appears in the 1841 and 1851 censuses living with her daughter Mary's illegitimate daughter Harriet.  She was a native of Salisbury and died in 1853 aged 82.

As there are so many Farmiloes in Horsley and the surrounding parishes I assume that William had some connection to the area but I cannot find a birth for a William Familoe in that period, and the names of his children to not lead to any indication of parentage.

Can anyone find William Farmiloe born about 1760 in the neighbourhood?

You may want to alter your post  , if his age at death is correct (88) that gives him a birth year of c1750/1.

The typo was in his age - he was 78 when he died.
