There is a tree on FS that suggests that Thomas Harris (bp. 17 February 1782 Castle Thorpe, Bucks.) married a Hannah Greenwood on 23 December 1800 in West Wycombe, but I can't find the marriage to back the info up. The couple did have several children baptised in Castle Thorpe.

Sarah bp. 11 July 1802                                   Henry bp. 7 July 1804
Susannah bp. 26 June 1808 died 25 October 1809
Susannah bp. 4 November 1810                      William bp. 26 March 1815
