Having just logged in again and found the number of pages in this thread increasing by the minute I must thank you all for your input.  I do have a lot of the information but certainly not all.   Can I go away and think again :) :) :) :) please?

I did say I would come back - and I have  :)

Absolutely no luck so Richard Morton's birth and therefore his certificate remains a mystery - to me anyway.  :D :D :D Thanks again.
