I wonder if Isaac was actually Charles Isaac as this 1891 census entry is just too coincidental

Firstly - son Charles was registered in the September qtr 1890 as Charles Isaac Wildridge

1891 for Steynton Pembrokeshire

Charles I Wildridge 26 fisherman b Hull (indexed as Charles T)
Annie A 20 b Hull
Charles I 5 months b Milford Pembroke - also indexed as Charles T
RG12; Piece: 4533; Folio 39; Page 2

Births March qtr 1865

WILDRIDGE  Isaac     Hull  9d 200
