Greenock Monumetal Inscriptions

hello

I have a list of 6 plots in Greenock Cemetery and would like to know if there are any graves stones on them. The Cemetery is a good 60 miles away from me and I'd like to know if there is anything there before making the journey.

If anyone has access to the monumental inscriptions for Renfrewshire and wouldn't mind doing some look ups for me I'd be really grateful.

Hi

If you write to the staff at Cemetery they may be able to help you - a few years ago I sent in an enquiry about my Gowans Ancestors plot and they were able to tell me was buried in the grave and they even provided me with a photo of the front of the stone which opened a treasure trove of research lines.
