Robert Webb who immigrated to Canada was born March 6, 1870 and died October 14, 1959.  He had married Jane Millar Flemming (I have seen the Millar also spelled Miller in various documents here) who was born March 28, 1871 and died May 30, 1954.

I have no dates (in current sources, I have several boxes of my great aunt's belongings to yet go through so may find more at some point) but I can see that William Webb's father was John Webb who was married to Marg Simson.

William Webb married Eliza Rice in St Anne's Church of Ireland belfast 18 dec 1865 although Eliza's father is given as Robert. On family search also has a Robert of those parents with the same dob as your Robert this family seem to be fromaround the BALLYLESSON in county down
