I found the Ardkenneth record, no problem.  ::) ;D Donald's age is off by a few years, but it's a definite possibility. Thanks again.

Back to looking for Christina's 1891 record as soon as the dog has her walk. Many thanks for your help.  :)

Now I'll start working on trying to find marriages for Marion and Christy - looked already for marriages and/or deaths to no avail but I've bought more SP credits to give it another go. ;) ;D

I have figured out that one of John's sons died in France in 1914.  :'( Is there a place to access free attestation papers and/or military papers for Scotland? ???
