Burials of 2 Benjamin Ridgways in Edale/Castleton

Hi
I was wondering if anyone had access to the burials of Edale and Castleton and would look me up a burial please? I am after the burial of Benjamin Ridgway and his son also Benjamin Ridgway. From what i have worked out i think the son may have died sometime between 1790 and 1800 and the father around the same time.
