I am trying to find out more about Eleanor Price b abt 1821 the daughter of William b abt 1780. She married Thomas Bassett in 1844 in Weobley but I cannot find out who her mother was or any more about William. Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks.

Did Eleanor's marriage take place in Eardisland? Weobly is the reg district?

Who were witnesses on the marriage cert? Could they be relatives of Eleanor?

I found the record of the marriage under England & Wales Marriages 1538-1940 and all it gives is the marriage date of 6 Mar 1844 in Eardisland; father's name: William Price; spouse's name: Thomas Bassett son of William Bassett.

Keyboard96 - I am thick - I knew she was called Ellen in some of the other records but I never thought to look for her under that so it is no wonder I couldn't find the 1841 record! Thank you!
