I  should have said she was born in 1831 and died aged 45 in 1876.

It might help if you could let us know her address in the 1871 census and any addresses that appear on the death certificate. Hopefully someone will be able to find her for you.

Also if you know where her husbands were buried, she may be with one of them ...  :-\

Here you are

from Berkshire Burial Index:

27 Oct 1876 Miriam Peck aged 45  St Mary, Kintbury

There's an Alfred Taylor buried there on 27 Jan 1865 aged 34, perhaps she is buried with him.  No George Peck listed.

Thanks Sloe ,Thanks Ruskie.

In the 1871 Census she is living with her second husband George Peck who dies in South Wales in 1897. Alfred was her first husband .
Sloe both of your items are spot on and correct. What I am trying to find is where she is buried and I suppose  now you mention it Alfred. But her most of all.
Does Berkshire  FHS  have monumental inscription lists for that area ??

Thanks again Mike

Well, that's the information I've given you - that she is buried at St Mary's Church, Kintbury.  As is Alfred.

I don't know if there are MI's for Kintbury.  You can try looking in the Berks FHS site, I can't see anything, but their search function is a bit erratic.

No problem.  There are details of more Colbourn burials at Kintbury if you're interested.
