Henry Gaveston White marriage and death?

I know the name of her parents - David White and Sarah Jenkins

David had a brother Samuel who died in Hampshire, England in 1872
David had a brother George who died in Hampshire, England in 1879

Her parents came to New Zealand as part of the migration scheme.

It an unusual combination of names. Gaveston really wasnt a commonly used name. Their family origins were Irish whereas my White family were from Hampshire for at least 300 years and didnt move out of Hampshire in that time.

I do have McGaveston family from Dublin, Ireland but no links to this family

I heard from a cousin who said that Henry was born Henry Gaveston to John Gaveston and Mary Anne White so Im a little confused as to whether his parents or the BDM staff changed his name

This is what they said
