William Watkins d 1913 death notice

Hi, my g grandfather  William Watkins b new Radnor in  1870 was the policeman at Llangunllo and died on 24th Feb 1913. I would imagine there would have been an obituary printed at the time and I wondered  if someone may be able to advise me as to which newspaper it would have been and where I can access the newspaper records or send to for a copy.
