« on: Sunday 07 August 11 21:59 BST (UK) »
Hi again,

a friend of mine has asked for help please, his uncle Walter Porte was killed in a Flying/Training accident while in the RAF, unfortunately he has no idea when but thinks it would have been in England his rank may have been Pilot Officer aged 21 years.

Cheers.

Archie.

Hi there,

Im wondering if you can help me?  I am looking for relatives of Walter  Porte he was my grandfathers cousin and we have the newspaper clipping which documented his crash in his aircraft which sadly killed him.  I think we  Also have his order of service from his funeral which my grandfather kept.

If someone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

I saw this post and thought I would try my luck. ..

Many thanks Natalie Harris (nee Porte)
