Ancestry problems
« on: Tuesday 19 November 13 11:12 GMT (UK) »
I have been searching for over 12 months for my grandmother Margaret L James on ancestry & have had no luck just now going through the actual hospital records I can see it there all the information is correct but ancestry has it saved with the persons born before her last name which is hill so to search my grandmothers birth records I have to write hill instead of James very confusing I don't get it!!!! No wonder I couldn't find it

Hi,

Have you contacted Ancestry to let them know of their mistake and ask for it to be corrected?
