Hi , I have a Mary Taylor, bn c 1778 Earls Croome and married James Pensam/Pensham 1798 Earls Croome.
On the censuses for Birmingham for 1851 and 1861 she lists her birthplace as Fladbury.
Could she be related to your Taylors?

Thank you for your email Sudie.
You may be onto something here.
The Taylors were christened with some ancestor or another, evident in their naming patterns.  Two of the distinct names were Scargill and Perham.....   You mention Penham or Pensham which suggests it is in fact a surname that followed through the generations....
And Fladbury keeps coming up....
Can you email me on rosalieryan@bigpond.com
Look forward to hearing from you.
Rosalie
