Could anyone please tell me the function of this nursing home in 1939?  It was located in Evesham.

Any help would be appreciated.

Found half a dozen newspaper notices 1934 - 1943 announcing the birth of a child at Avonview (or Avon View) Nursing Home, Evesham.
