Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.

There are quite a lot of John BOURKEs in Australia - have a look at the Queensland BDM indexes online here https://www.bdm.qld.gov.au/IndexSearch/queryEntry.m?type=deaths

You would likely need to know John Snr's parents' names or have an idea of the year of death.

What was John Jnr's mother's name?

Have a look at the resources board as each State keeps separate records.

All the information about your BOURKE's including their full names would be helpful.

Is this them on the ship's manifest leaving London.

Mr J F BOURKE, 70, Farmer and Mr J F BOURKE, 30, farmer embarked on the ORUMUZ from London on 31 Oct 1925, ticketed to Brisbane.  Last address Killbrittain, Bandon, Co Cork.

According to the 1911 Census, John Francis Jnr's mother was Mary Elizabeth

I wonder if this is John Francis Snr's death :-\

https://www.bdm.qld.gov.au/IndexSearch/BirIndexQry.m

1926/   C1894
BOURKE John Francis
Father Michael   Mother Margaret BUNCE

The parents names are a match but you would need to see the certificate which you can purchase online.
1927/   B440
BOURKE John
Father John   Mother Mary MOORE
