Hi I'm looking for a Robert Whitehead born circa 1875 not sure where in England all I know that his father BenJamin was a carpenter.

Do the marriage witnesses give any clues.  Did Robert & Margaret stay in Ireland or did they return to England

Is Robert's occupation on his marriage certificate, a groom, or is there any further info?

yes he is a groom but the only extra info is fathers name Benjamin and occupation Carpenter. I've got a feeling that he may have been killed in the great war, but thats only a feeling

hi Rosie99,
last info I have is that they are in Cork 1911, I know that he predeceased her by some time but there is no family information. Death certificate of their only child is not available in Cork and would not yield any other information, her daughter by first husband remained in Cork and was married 1916 and as she had two other children by husband number two I'm presuming she at least did not leave Cork.
